Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and surrounding NCR territories.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and key decision-makers.
• Appoint, manage, and motivate Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Expand the company’s presence in CBSE, ICSE, and private schools.
• Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for product launches and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regional business plans.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Educational Publishing or School Book Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong network with schools across NCR.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
