We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled AI & Robotics Trainer to join our team in Noida. The role involves delivering high-quality training programs at partner schools and supporting projects across Pan India.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

• Conduct AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM training sessions at partner schools across India.
• Travel to assigned schools and locations across Pan India as per the training schedule.
• Deliver engaging, hands-on practical sessions using robotics kits, AI tools, coding platforms, and STEM equipment.
• Install, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot robotics lab equipment whenever required.
• Guide students in developing AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM projects for competitions, exhibitions, hackathons, and innovation challenges.
• Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and maintain high standards of training quality.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, activities, and student progress reports.
• Conduct workshops, boot camps, demonstrations, and technology-based learning activities for students.
• Train and support school teachers on AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM modules whenever required.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, and the internal academic team for smooth program execution.
• Maintain proper inventory, usage, and handling of robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during training sessions.
• Support the academic team in curriculum implementation, content improvement, and training quality enhancement.
• Represent Inventant Education at school events, exhibitions, competitions, and educational programs across India.
• Maintain training reports, school visit records, feedback, and other required documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, AI, IT, or a related technical field.
• 1–4 years of experience in AI, Robotics, STEM Education, Technical Training, EdTech, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong hands-on technical knowledge and relevant project experience may also be considered.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, and STEM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with robotics platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of programming languages/platforms such as Python, Scratch, C/C++, or block-based coding.
• Basic understanding of sensors, motors, electronics, IoT, and robotics concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for school students.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Comfortable conducting practical and activity-based learning sessions.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India is mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to different school environments and working conditions.
• Passion for education, innovation, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with schools, EdTech companies, STEM labs, Robotics Labs, or educational institutions.
• Certification in AI, Robotics, Python, IoT, STEM, or related technologies is an added advantage.
• Experience conducting workshops, boot camps, or teacher training programs.
• Experience mentoring students for robotics, coding, AI, or innovation competitions.
• Prior experience in a travel-intensive training or field-based role will be an advantage.
