We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented salesperson to develop and expand our school sales business across South Delhi and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales with CBSE, ICSE, and other schools.
• Build strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and Teachers.
• Promote K-12 educational books, academic publications, AI, Robotics, and STEM solutions.
• Identify new schools and expand the existing customer base.
• Conduct school visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.
• Maintain DSR, customer records, and territory updates.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Travel across South Delhi and nearby assigned territories.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
• Experience in School Book Publishing / Educational Publishing is preferred.
• Proven experience in institutional and school sales.
• Strong network with schools, distributors, dealers, and booksellers will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

• Strong experience in K-12 School Book Sales.
• Good knowledge of the South Delhi education market.
• Existing relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and achieve sales targets.
