Role Overview

We are hiring experienced ASM / ZSM / RSM professionals to drive school sales and business growth across Madurai and surrounding markets. Designation will depend on experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.
Develop relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and key decision-makers.
Promote K-12 educational books, AI, Robotics, STEM, and academic solutions.
Identify new schools and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop territory sales plans and monitor performance.
Conduct school meetings, presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
Monitor market and competitor activities and prepare sales reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and internal coordination.
Travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
Educational Publishing / School Sales experience preferred.
Strong network with schools and educational institutions.
Proven sales and team-management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
