Role Overview

We are hiring experienced ASM / ZSM / RSM professionals to drive school sales and business growth across Coimbatore and surrounding markets. Designation will depend on experience and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with Principals, School Management, Coordinators, and decision-makers.
• Promote K-12 educational books, AI, Robotics, STEM, and academic solutions.
• Develop new school accounts and grow existing business.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Plan territory-wise sales strategies and monitor sales performance.
• Conduct school meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Track market trends, competitors, sales activities, and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, order closure, and coordination with internal teams.
• Travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in K-12 Educational Book Sales is mandatory.
• Experience in Educational Publishing / School Sales preferred.
• Strong network with schools and educational institutions.
• Proven sales and team-management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
